Bandwidth issues in my area

I need to know who to contact to get some action on the bandwidth issues in may area. I pay a premium for Business Internet at 50mbps and unless it is predawn hours early in the morning or late at night I rarely get these speeds. Most times during hours when everyone is home inthe neighborhood I get 10-15 mbps with lots of times only getting 5mbps. I have had several calls and when the tech arrives they verify that there is no issue at my house. Apparently it is a known issue in the area and nothing has been done to fix it although the fix is something that I have been told can be done. I feel like I should get money back due to the fact that I am not getting what I paid for. I have not complained until now as I was trying to give time for this to be fixed. I know that Windstream in the area just got hit with a fine from the FCC for knowingly charging for speeds that their equipment can't possibly handle. I would hope that Comcast would not be doing the same thing.

I still haven't heard from anyone and no one has posted a reply to this post. Unless I hear something back before the end of the week I will be filing a complaint with the FCC. It is sad that customer service is not valued anymore by Comcast. When the technician that came out told me that the problem was a known issue and that the only way I was going to get a resolution was to report it to the FCC I didn't believe it and wanted to give Comcast the benefit of the doubt. Apparently the technician was correct.
