Bait and switch
I had to shut down my business on 1/4/25.
I called on 2/10/25 and spent some time getting put on a "pause". I don't actually know what the name of the service/plan was but I was told it was a pause for people trying to sell their businesses. I "had" to call back in 3 months to renew, but it would be some nominal fee.
My next bill arrives. Same price.
I called today, was told that program doesn't exist and they could try to shut my TV off for some savings. I was disappointed. I asked if the TV could go back to Feb 10 when I originally called. That was a no.
What ever happened to customer service?

Thanks for reaching out, user_ddfb21! I'm sorry to hear you have had concerns with Comcast Business account. Did you call into the Comcast Business Care Team at 800-391-3000?
