Auto Billing not working, being charged late fees

This is the second time I have been charged a late fee, even though my account is on auto bill. At no time was my account debited, and when I checked with my bank to ensure funds were in my account, they said no attempt was made on the billing day (or 5 days prior or after). The first time, the fee was refunded, the second time I thought I had done something wrong, so I went ahead and paid it but asked the agent at the time if everything was set up for the next months billing cycle and was assured it was. Now again, 7 days after my billing date, and there is a late fee, and no payment has been made, again, despite having the auto payment set up. 

Please advise.

And I've read all the messages that say auto pay takes up to 4-6 weeks to process. It's now been 3 months. 

I don't think I can't wait any longer. And i'm certainly not paying any more fees.

HI FancyPeanut.  Sorry for the issues you've had with instituting auto-pay.  We have updated the permissions for the email address associated with your Business account.   Please let me know if are still unable to complete the set-up process.

What set up process? I set up auto pay, the payment didn't go through, now you are charging me a late fee, that I refuse to pay. 

 

I need the late fees taken off my account 

 

That's all I'm asking for. 

I will not be enrolling in auto pay any longer.
