Apple Watch Ultra 3 - Cellular not getting e-sim
At this point, I am extremely frustrated. I have spent nearly 16 hours on the phone trying to get my Apple Watch Ultra set up.
It was previously working perfectly with AT&T, yet no one has been able to properly configure it—especially the cellular functionality.
I was told that an eSIM had been provisioned, and based on that assumption, my ticket was closed. That information is incorrect.
The watch is not functioning as a standalone cellular device—there is no active eSIM, no carrier information displayed,
and nothing has been successfully pushed to the device.
Closing the ticket without an actual resolution is unacceptable. Additionally, last Friday a supervisor assured me he would
resolve the issue, asked me to hang up, and promised a follow-up via email. I have received no callback or email since.
This lack of follow-through is very concerning.
