Account suspension continues

I had a payment arrangement in place yesterday (Friday) and called them Thursday to make sure they weren't going to try to take the payment from the visa i'd been using because her account had been put on hold and it wouldn't go through. Isaid I'd go in to a store and pay it. Agent assured me that they couldn't take it out w/o my permission but First thing Friday they charged that account causing overdraft fees for the bank and from comcAst and now im disconnected again. Makes me look like im always a bad customer and don't follow my arrangements and constantly stressed out by being repeatedly shut off and all the extra charges
