. I tried to relocate services but was not able to do so because Comcast did not offer service in the area. I moved my business to another location and discovered that Comcast did not offer service in the area. Therefore, I had to go with another internet company for my business. I have tried to terminate my service for over 3 months. I was initially told there would be no penalties or additional charges since my account was paid up for the next month and no service was available. However, now I am being told that I have to pay for an additional 60 days because they could not transfer the service.
