30 days lousy service. can't cancel without paying additional 3 months

I feel like I'm caught in the 7th layer of hell. I can't cancel, I can't get good service, my rates are outrageous and yet, I can't speak to a supervisor. The customer 'service' rep I spoke to was so illiterate it took me speaking to him like a kindergardner  so that he could understand the account # and when I told him I wanted to cancel you would have thought I was in an episode of a bad movie. Bottom line, I can't get good service, it goes out daily for minutes, sometimes hours and requires a reboot. I'm over it and I'm paying far too much for this. Contract-shomtrackt. No service violated that long ago. I'm less than happy and only want out of this. I'm going to leave the area for my business dealings and use my verizon phone. Just so tired of the who shot john.. Speaking of John, @Comcast John help me out here please? I don't want refunds I just want out.
