3 tickets in 3 days still no call back from support
I get better support with my residential than this trash business service. Two tickets were closed by reps stating that didn't have my phone number which is complete BS as I gave it to them for the ticket. 3rd ticket it's been over 24 hrs, still active yet no call back so now once again I am wasting my time on hold. Oh I did get hold of our rep but he asked me to text him the info, did that 48 hrs ago and still no reply.
