1-800-391-3000 and 1-800-COMCAST not working??

Anyone? Is there an alternate way to get support?

800 391 3000 is working for me, but it gives me a different phone menu than before... perhaps you caught them in the middle of an upgrade?

Hi washingtoneyecenter. Please tell us how we can assist with you with your service issue.

Comcast is experiencing an intermittent issue with the “Interactive Voice Response” systems. Some customers are unable to access the self-service menus using their account information. Our Engineering team is working to resolve this issue and return the system to full functionality as soon as possible.
