When I try to access security edge I get this message:
Access Denied
You currently do not have access to view SecurityEdge. To access the products available to you, please visit your MY ACCOUNT or contact your Primary Manager to reinstate your access.
I am the primary manager. How do I access?

Hello! Thank You for taking the time to reach out to Comcast Business Support, here on the Community Forum. Were you able to complete the initial setup of SecurityEdge using the setup wizard to assist you in configuring your settings? Or is that what we are attempting now?
