WiFi Login brings everyone to an "Activation" page?

WiFi been up and running for few years butI just learned its been down a few days. We can see the WiFi signal but when you click connect it brings to a screen asking for activation. Screen grab below. Account is up to date as far as billing. Tried resets, unplugging, etc. and while logged in I tried to activate but got message that I was already activated.

 

In below scenario, our signal is named Clubhouse

A refresh was just pushed to your modem, are you still receiving the activation page?

Thanks Jason, sorry I just saw this reply. I have not been there for a few days so i dont know if we are back up. I will reply once I try it. Thank you.
