Why do I still get a bill after I called to cancel the service early May?

I canceled my service with Comcast because I was moving to my new address and got another internet service provider. Despite this, I continue to receive bills from Comcast for the service at my old address, even if I have not lived in the old address for over a month. Even before this situation, I was not satisfied with their service, and now I feel like they are taking advantage of me. Furthermore, I have been outside of the USA for two months.

@user_383903 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Comcast Business Forums. I can understand the concern. While our team isn't able to assist with cancellation requests I'm happy to take a look and see how I can help.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Comcast Business.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list.
An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
