When can we expect service to be restored in Cape Coral

We've had power for the past 5 days but on internet. Status showing yesterday said service would be restored at 9:56 AM Oct. 7.

Chat line says they have no idea when service will be back up. Our business can't run without internet. Would appreciate some sort of update from Comcast.

While we are unable to give you an estimated time when your service will be back on, please know that we're working to restore service as quickly and safely as possible.

 

We coordinate our recovery efforts closely with local and state government and power companies. In many cases, we must wait for local power companies to first restore power to your neighborhood and allow our teams into the area to repair our network. I'm so glad to hear that you have power! And I apologize for any inconvenience. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Trying to get a clear answer from them has been a joke! We all understand this was a major storm but both my neighboring businesses have service and i dont due to a break in the line to my office. I cant even find out if I am on the list for repair.
