What is the formal email for comcast to complain?

I signed up for Comcast business internet and it has been nothing but a headache since joining . The constant power outages that some how only affect my business and not the ones next door are nonsense. I can not work when the internet is going out every other day for hours at a time. I’m extremely unsatisfied with Comcast especially with the amount of money they are charging .

Yes I have it’s nothing on my part. In fact my internet is experiencing another power outage right at this second . I don’t live in a woodsy area or one without service so this makes no sense . The weather is fine so that can’t be it . It’s just legit an outage every other day it’s nonsense at this point.

We have been trying since November 2024 (it's now MAY 2025) to STOP the paper bill from coming in the mail.  It seems like such a simple request.  We have had trouble tickets issued, and re-issued.  We have turned paperless billing back off, and on again REPEATEDLY.  We just now received another copy of the paper bill in the mail. Who can we complain to?  How do we get this to STOP??  We have literally waster hours of time on this simple task that remains unresolved. [Edited: Personal Information]  I just held for a supervisor for 30-minutes and the call dropped. Unacceptable.

user_239325 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Comcast Business Forums. I definitely understand the frustration if you prefer paperless billing and have put that request in multiple times. Our team would love to take a look and see why you are still receiving the paper statements. Please send us a DM to Comcast Business with your full name, the service address and the phone number listed on the account.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list.
A "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
