we're business cable customers with DATA only ( no tv needed ) and thinking about switching to At&t

Hi all

we don't use phones AT ALL and do everything using email SO we are having trouble finding out who to negotiate with at Comcast customer rentention. We don't intend to call anyone as we consider it a waste of time. We are VERY happy with our service since the comcast team completely rewired our systems. So the speed is as advertised and outages are FEW and short. We are happy with our 60mb contract BUT we think we are paying too much for it as the current comcast deals are faster for less money. SO can someone tell me who to email to negotiate please?  We now have a choice between RCN, At&t and comcast and will be chosing later this month
