Webmail HTML Problem

We have lost the Webmail ability to create HTML format.

Even when forwarding a message in Webmail the format is changed to plain text.

Here in the forum I can use BOLD or ITALICS.

Any suggestions on getting around this limitation on those times I have to use webmail?

Welcome gilh799. When using Webmail, make sure to uncheck the box on the sign in page.

I do run without Outlook Web Access Light.

Even in that configuration the Options are missing the setting to use HTML.

I believe this change came after starting using Internet Explorer 11.

For whatever the past problems were, this thread can be closed as HTML is working.
