Using dynamic DHCP assigned address with static IPs

I do have Comcast's business service with 5 static IPs. (/29). In addition to the 5 static IPs, my modem is showing a dynamic DHCP assigned address (see cropped configuration image below ("WAN DHCP IP Address").

Is it possible to use this DHCP assigned address as a source address for outbound traffic? I would like the added privacy as my static IP address point to my company name (not just DNS, but also via whois).
