Uploading files to cloud backup service is causing us to lose connectivity

We've got a business account that seems to be getting flagged by your network causing our modem to lose connectivity.   We're a cafe with customers using our wifi and our point of sale system conducting transactions over the network.  Tonight we tried to upload a couple of thousand small (<= 8MB) files to Amazon S3 for backup purposes and our modem keeps losing connectivity every few hundred files.  This causes our customers to get dropped and the business to come to a halt.  We should NOT have to be throttled or disconnected for ONE user uploading a bunch of files which are queued to upload 10 at a time.  Resetting the modem brings back connectivity but once the upload starts up again, it goes down.  It would be less of an issue if it only happened to the uploading user but having everybody in the cafe lose connectivity is stupid.

Awesome.  Just sat on hold for 30 minutes only to get disconnected at the end before speaking with anybody.  Feel free to send me a survey asking if I'd recommend your service to anybody.  In the meantime, I'll just start passing the recommendations along here with anybody I come across.

jibe-espresso-bar, this is not the experience I want for you. I'd be happy to take a look at your intermittent connectivity/bandwidth issues. Please send me your full name, address, and phone number associated with your account so I can take a closer look.

I am having this issue currently.   This is not what I call "Business Class" service.

@Progeek Update.    Per support, there are known issues with the old SMC gateways (which I have).   I already had an upgrade scheduled due to service upgrade (speed), so I will do more testing once the gateway is replaced next week.

@Progeek Update 2:   After the old SMC gateway was replaced with one of the new Pegatron gateways, the issue has been resolved.  I now have zero issues uploading files to Amazon S3, or anywhere else for that matter.
