Upgraded from residential to business account, some public sites timeout now

I upgraded my internet to comcast business and I noticed an issue with connecting to certain sites.  I can access the site from my LTE connection on my phone and I could from my old residential connection but now that I have comcast business I cannot get to the site.  Just times out.

Most sites work fine but I have issues with at least one that I know of.  Security is set to allow all outgoing connections.

My old residential account used OpenDNS resolving names however the new modem is using the comcast DNS and I can't seem to change it to test it out.

Thoughts?

Seems like it's working now.

Still a problem.  Also, noticed an inability to get to a different site I use to not have any issue browsing.

Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your internet connection issues. I very much appreciate your patience and greatly apologize for the delay in our response. I know how important the services are to your business and we want to do all that we can to assist. I rely on my connection for business purposes and I know how frustrating and impactful any service issue can be. I would love to get to the bottom of the connection issues. Can you please reach out through private message with your first and last name, business service address and account number or phone number?

I have a tier 2 ticket opened up but so far I think they only try to contact me once a day and I never know when that will be.  You also have to wait for them to contact you and there is no way to contact them.  I have to say not really very impressed so far.  I have found at least 3 or 4 sites that I can no longer access since migrating to Comcast Business.  I'm sure there are more I have not run into yet.
