upgrade outtages

We have had multiple outtages during these 'planned system upgrades'.  This continues to happen even after multiple days already.  This is unacceptable during business hours!   Our admin is shopping for new providers.  Upgrades dont matter if we keep losing business nad customers during these upgrades.  This should be done after-hours or weekends.

Hey there, @user_bcf362! That certainly is not the experience we want for our customers to have, and we will document the feedback regarding the time frames of routine planned maintenance. Typically, those do happen overnight but from time to time, they can be day time depending on the work needed. I would like to dive into the account with you and do some troubleshooting regarding the continued troubles with the connection. Can you please send us a  DM to get started?
