Turning off internet during covid closure

We have a hair salon and have the internet to manage and view our security cameras plus our phone (KagicJack)  We have not been able to pay our full bill yet Comcast has decided to turn off our service during these tough times.  We have paid a bit each month but not the full bill.  Is there no help from Comcast?
