Transferring to Residential Service

I've been a business customer for almost 10 years I think at this point. I'm looking to switch to residential service due to a change in my workload. And the fact that residential never got data caps locally. How can I go about starting this process so its same day?

Things like business contracts, and getting the current line switched from a business line to a residential line. We would like to see how smoothly we can make this transition for you. Can you please click the Peer to Peer chat icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Comcast Business in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name, Full address, and account number so we may further assist you?
