Tornado Outatge

My office has been down since Friday 03/31/2023.  The website for Comcast business keeps posting messages that have no basis in reality.  For instance, there is a message now that says service should be restored by Friday 04/07/2023 by 11:30 PM.  We have to work from home without internet.  I need to be able to plan. Without a realistic idea of when service will be restored, I can't do that.
