Tons of T4 Resets in Modem Log

To make a really long story short, I got angry at the price hike for the modem rental fees and went out and bought my own modem.  Picked up an SB6141.  Signal levels are good, heres what they are.

Downstream

Channel 113 - 36 db SNR - Power Level 4dBmv

Channel 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, 119 and 120 all read exactly the same.

Upstream channels

Channel 4 -- Power Level 40dBmv

Channel 5 -- Power Level 40dBmv

So  I called up customer support and they said they would send out a tech and look at the problem, but if it was any of my equipment causing the problems I'd be charged $99.95.

The errors in the modem log are ----

No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out

When it T4 times out, I lose upstream channel 5, and then the modem resets itself in an attempt to regain connection.  And it goes on every couple of hours.  It's kinda ridiculous.... I'm 98% sure it's not any of my hardware causing it.  I have all newer NIC cards in all of my equipment, brand new Asus Router, brand new gigabit switches.  I was told that something on my network is jabbering.  When I shut off the servers, network traffic all but stops, and the service will still constantly reset.

What gives?
