Ticket CR485870096
I have been waiting since last week for this ticket to be fixed. . I am not able to set the primary alias on my email account. I received a phone call on Friday but am now out of the country and just need this fixed.
Please escalate.

Try calling the 800 number and asking to speak to the tier agent in charge of your ticket. They should be able to put you through to them.

Thanks for your suggestion.. I will do that when I have time but unfortunately it is not something I belive I should have to do now 9 days after I opened a ticket and 7 days after my last call with them and where the ticket still shows open.
The issue I have is they will only take calls during certain hours and that is not condusive to when I am able to call.
