switching from Comcast Business service to residential service

I'm interested in switching from a Comcast business account to a residential one. I am already disconnected from the Business internet service. The account is not more active. The ticket number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I started that process, losing the internet from the Comcast Bussiness and not getting the Residential account, what happened?

@user_770f8c  Once the ticket it closed, the location is then marked as a residential spot. The process is then completed, and anyone can place an order as a non-business account. Have you tried placing an order for service as a residential customer here xfinity.com/planbuilder/?
