Switch from Comcast Business to Xfinity Residential

Initially at our home, the only option for Comcast Internet was Comcast Business. We were told that we would be able to switch from Comcast Business to Comcast Xfinity Residential after 3 months of having the Comcast Business line active (without any ETFs).  It has now been over 6 months and I would like to switch to Xfinity Residential service.  How can I go about doing that?  We keep getting flyers in the mail for the Xfinity Residential service, with prices substantially better than our current Comcast Business internet.  We do not have a need for the Business Internet - it was just the only option to get Comcast at our address.

@Comcast_Jodie There are a couple of options that pop up when searching for Xfinity Support in the Chat area.  Which account should I be contacting?

@dtt112 Should just be Xfinity Support Care. Let us know if that helps.
