SUCCESS IN CHICAGO!! well done Comcast

 In our community in Chicago we rely on Comcast for so much. It binds us together and provides us with entertainment which, trust me, we need NOW more than ever.  Over the last week or so we have had major problems with our internet and I raised the issue here to see what could be done.

 I am pleased to report that all is now well and, thanks to the Comcast team, we are able to see and talk to our loved ones, enjoy binge watching and read about better things in life than what is happening outside our doors. 

 The response by Comcast was amazing and I would like to thank all the people I who helped us out. Specifically :

Who stayed with us the whole time, made sure that we knew what was going on and worked with the wonderful people up on the poles who are working in a hostile environment both from weapons and biologicals. Thank you for keeping us safe and sane.

 I wanted to make sure that they were recognized for what they are, good people in a storm.  Thank you all so much.
