SSL connections timing out

Hello,

Is anyone else having issues with SSL connections? Like https and/or ssh ? Our entire team is noticing timeouts with gtalk, gmail... Also ssh connection take about 10 seconds to connect initially, then if I disconnect and connect again, it's under 1 second... but after a while of not being connected it takes 10 seconds again...

I called comcast support once, but that did not help...
