Sporadic lulls in connectivity

Our connectivity keeps having sporadic lulls.  Web activity "hangs" for 10 - 20 seconds then continues.

Welcome, Karen.  We have tested to the gateway at your location.  While there does not seem to be any issues with the line, we can schedule a service call to verify all services at that location.  If you will send me a PM (private message) with the account number and your contact information along with a convenient time to call we will contact the local service center and schedule a tech visit.
