SMTP settings Outlook comcastbiz.net

Can someone help me with the SMTP settings? I just activated an account XXXXX@XXXXX.comcastbiz.net

I found in the DNS settings of my email that the SMTP is:

Mail access type DNS name

SMTPsmtp.w14a.comcast.net

I've entered into my outlook outgoing smtp.w14a.comcast.net

then used my user account and password under the outgoing section in outlook. I've tried ports 465, 587 & even tried 25!

 

What am I doing wrong? I keep getting an error The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending SMTP server.

Welcome RM.  The SMTP Server listed in the post is the correct one.  The is a short time lag between account creation and full activation on the server. Please retry the Outlook set up again and let us know if it successful.

That worked thank you so much!  I last attempted on Friday with the same settings and it didn't work.  I just tried again today ,Monday and it worked!
