Smtp & POP servers down...

Where, on the web, can I find current system status?  The SMTP & POP servers have been down for hours and the last time I called (2 hours ago) the rep told me the target time for repair would be 20 minutes...

 

Also, I'm hoping that Comcast will be posting a credit to the accounts of business class customers for this email downtime.  I am unable to send or receive emails and this is seriously affecting our ability to do business.

Mine came back up with the comcastbiz.net account. However I have two email accounts migrated from my old residential service that time out when trying to connect to webmail, or by mail client. Come on Comcast get the mail working!

Welcome TomGrills. Thank you for your patience.  Comcast Engineers worked to resolved the email issues with Comcast POP/SMTP email services. The issue was resolved as of  10am EDT today.  We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the service outage.
