slow upload speeds killing our radio station

We switched to comcast and got the Deluxe50 Mbps/10 Mbps plan though it was allot more than we had been planning. Our upload speed keeps dropping to about a 10th of what we are paying for. Here is the test I just did.

ATT test 59.4 mbps download 1.92 upload mbps
Timewarner test 55.13 mbps download 1.17 upload mbps

Xfinity test 58.74 mbps download 2.64 mbps upload

We are a radio station and rely on our upload speed just to send our signal to the transmitter with our barix instreamer. This slow upload speed is murdering us. Every person in our town can here it cause it causes distortion in our FM sound. Sat night, zero chat and no tech help available. HELLLP!!
