Slow internet downloads until 9pm
Can someone confirm that my connection is not being reduced/throttled? A little while after I converted from residential to business internet, I'm having slow downloads until about 9pm (full speed seems to return after this time). Is there congestion in my area or is my connection/static IP being flagged by the system somehow? I do a lot of website testing with transferring data. Since it's always slow around the same time and it always recovers around the same time, I think there is something going on with my connection. Thanks.
Edit 12/15:
It seems the connection is fine today (weekend) so it oddly seems like an issue during the weekday only.

We do apologize for the late reply.
I've checked the status of the IP-Gateway and your area didn't find signal degradation that could affect your service.
Question though kmaxx when you saw your service was being "reduced/throttle" did it go below your Service Plans?
Additionally do you still have this service issue? (If not please ignore this query.)

So when this happens, my speed drops to about 1.5 to 3.5 MB/s and it seems to keep steady at this slower speed (I have 50/10 service). It's random and seems to clear up around the same time everynight. Is there something flagged on the account to slow the speed down? Can someone look that up to make sure I'm not being limited somehow?
