Slingbox connection problem.

I have been using a slingcatcher at work for many years now. Within the past few days it cannot connect to the Internet. It say "No Network". Under the settings network page it lists IP address (10.1.10.13), subnet mask (255.255.255.0), gateway (10.1.10.1), primary dns (75.75.75.75), Mac id (0:13:b6:40:3a:4f). Any ideas? If you need more info just ask. Thanks.

If you unplug it and plug in a peecee to the cable modem can you surf the web?

I just read the original post. The problem with the slingcatcher was with the slingcatchers servers. However I still can not connect to my slingbox on my computer or my iPhone (wi-fi). I can connect my iPhone via LTE.

If I have the computer connected directly from the modem I can not surf the web. If I connect the PC thru the router and then to the cable modem I can connect to the web. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
