Signal Continuously Dropping
Hi Comcast Business Support,
We have had Comcast Business internet for a while now and have been generally happy with it up until very recently. A few weeks ago Comcast/Xfinity began working on the lines on the street and we’ve been having internet issues (dropping in and out multiple times per day) since then. Everyone in our building has been having issues with their internet as well. It’s not isolated to us. I chatted with tech support at Comcast the other day and they said everything looked good on their end. We’ve rarely had internet issues until Comcast/Xfinity began the work on the lines on the street. I’ve seen their trucks a lot over the last few weeks. We’re very frustrated with the internet instability over the last few weeks. As a business we rely on constant internet access. Could you look into this for us? Is there anything that can be done to resolve the instability? We’re exploring options outside of Comcast and will be leaving Comcast if this can’t be resolved quickly.
