"Service status" icon on account homepage is inaccurate

The "service status" icon on my account homepage is inaccurate. It's currently reading "healthy", but our service (and in fact our entire neighborhood) is down, confirmed by Comcast Business via phone. Better not to have it than to have it be inaccurate.
