Service Restoration

Hello, how long does it take to have service restored once you make a payment if your service was disconnected? I paid the past due and my next bill isn’t due until the 10th. It’s been 30 minutes and I still have no service.

Hi there and good morning to you!  Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to Comcast Business here on our Community Forums today @user_554ac8!  We are so glad to hear from you and ready to assist in any way that we can to make sure you are back up and running.  If services have been interrupted and a payment has been made for restoration, services are usually back up and running within the hour.  Have you tried resetting your devices and equipment?  That will usually restore things right away.
