Service out in Indianapolis?

Just got an alert from my website monitoring service that my companies web site has been offline for 30 min.  I tried to VPN in and every IP I have is dead. Tracert fails at he-3-4-0-0-cr01.350ecermak.il.ibone.comcast.net. [68.86.83.165]

Is there an outage and if so, when is the expected ETA on services being restored?
