Service interruption in West Chicago, IL on 8/13/15

Yesterday we had a service interruption for roughly 8 hours that lasted from around 2:45pm until around 10:45pm, CST.

I saw that there was a bulliten when I logged into my account but does anyone know what the cause of this was?

It affected all services. We are near Dupage Airport.
