service has been down for 5.5 hours, 800# no longer states an estimated time to regain service
I'm in the middle of all sorts of critical business and investor issues and so the timing couldn't be worse. Internet and phone have been completely down now for 5+ hours. When I called a few hours back an automated response said it would be back up by 4pm, now there is no estimated time. It says to check the website, yet my login doesn't work at the page suggested. I logged into the regular account page and the service tester at the top of the screen shows everything's okay, while the one at the bottom of the screen spins endlessly.
