SecurityEdge 'botnet' protection keeps blocking valid sites; how to over-ride??

Sites att-mail.com and indeed.com are blocked as botnet traffic all the time. Adding them to the 'allow' list does not help, they are still blocked. How do we fix this, other than changing internet providers?

Hi tim_g1012, thanks for reaching out to us with this concern. We don't block websites so I am sure we can get this taken care of in no time. Are you connected with a VPN on your end?

Nope, no VPN. See the attached image for the Comcast SecurityEdge report of the alleged botnet sites it says it blocked.
