Second request for a PTR record

Ihave called in to tech support and was on the phone for an hour to have a PRT record set to point back to my server... that was a week ago and the PTR record still posts to Comcast.

 

I messaged one of the staff here that has Comcast in their name, providing my account info and repeating my request to have a PRT record set up.

 

So far no PTR record and no response to my message to staff and no response to a previous post asking this same thing.

 

Short of spending another hour on the phone with support staff, does anyone know how to get Comcast to help a paying Business customer ?

Sorry to hear you are having such a difficult time setting up that PTR record. I am happy to help to get this resolved for you. Can you please send me a private message with your account number, the IP address you would like to set up that PTR record on, and the server information and I will get that completed.
