Routing

I have the following network,(Link above),    

We have 5 static network IP's all being issued from one router. In trying to allow all three subnets to communicate with each other. I created trhee static routes on the main comcast router.

Desitination,             Subnet             Default Gateway

192.168.0.0        255.255.255.0       xx.xx.xx.217

192.168.1.0        255.255.255.0       xx.xx.xx.218

192.168.2.0        255.255.255.0       xx.xx.xx.219

I was not able to communicate between the neworks, is there something else that needs to be done?
