Routing Loop in CT between 2 access routers
We are having major issues at a customer location and it seems to be a routing loop between two local routers.
After 3 seperate support calls -each denying that there is an issue, hopefully somebody here can assist.
Trying to troubleshoot conenctivity issues to the customer's email server hosted in Denver we see the following loop. Can anyone offer any advice?

Wow, yeah that's a routing loop. Unfortunately since it's part of Comcast's CRAN, there is little you can do, other than call in & complain. I would be surprised that an internal maintenance engineer hasn't caught this.
If you send an IM to a mod here, they can escalate this to the NOC.
