Routing Issues to Illinois

Hello,

Our business currently resides in Westmont IL and we have a web server located in New York.  There is a routing issue coming from our web server to here.  Strange enough, going from Westmont to the web server is OK.  I also tried a traceroute from Wisconsin to here, and have similar issue.  Can you please look into this issue?  Below is my traceroute.
