Router Password Reset

Question

Hi there,  We would like to have our router password(not wifi password) reset, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi bshah and welcome to the forums! I can assist with resetting the password on the modem. If you click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send me a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, as well as the MAC address of the modem that we need to reset the password on (it's usually on a sticker and sending a picture of that is totally fine too), we'll get it taken care of. Thanks!
