Remove SecurityEdge

How do I remove SecurityEdge from my account? I never subscribed to it...

Hello, @ladislav_sedivy. You can call our Comcast Business team at (800) 391-3000 to have Security Edge removed or we can put in a ticket for them to contact you to have it removed. Which option would you prefer?

Thank you for replying back. Since the ticket will require me to get into your account, could you please send me a private message containing your full name and service address? To send me a private message, please click on the "chat" icon, then click on the pencil and pad, and lastly - contact Xfinity Support. Thank you for your time and for working with us.

How exactly do I send you a private message? You are not in the list under "To:"

Once you click the icon, you will search for Xfinity Support. You will not search for any other name. Can you give this a try? Let me know if it populates for you.

You can also have Security Edge removed from your account by contacting our Business Loyalty Department at (800) 391-3000 and they would be happy to assist.
