re: connectivity

I attempted to use the Comcast Business Speed Test on your site but it kept crashing before it could finish the test. I went to this site, and this is my Ookla Speedtest connection speed. This is the same company who provides the speed test found on your site.

 

I need a service call to find out the problem as well as the issues with the intermittent drops I continue to have throughout the day, every day. I’ve tried to overlook that but with this new speed issue, it’s not meeting the guaranteed advertised rates promised.
