RE: Cannot connect to Xfinity Wifi with business class username/password
I have the same issue. As a Comcast Business customer I can't use the consumer login. Nor can I download and install a wifi profile so I don't need to login each and every time.

@e6b218 I'm truly sorry to hear that you are having difficulty using our Xfinity hotspots. You have replied to a thread from 7 years ago, we always ask that you create a new post so that your concerns don't get missed. Have you tried to follow the directions in this link to connect to the public hotspots:https://business.comcast.com/support/article/internet/comcast-business-access-public-xfinity-wifi-hotspot/ If so and you are still running into issues please send us a DM with your full name, address and phone number associated with the account to Comcast Business.

Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see a chat box icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link here: https://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/direct-messaging
From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type ‘Comcast Business’.
Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.
To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the business name on the account, the phone number for the account, and the service address alongside your inquiry so we can best assist.
